Epcot has always been like a forgotten jewel to me!  The food there is spectacular and probably the best part.  I mean who can pass up "French" croissants, "Japanese" hibachi, "Mexican" queso, "Norweigan" pastries, and of course, "German" beer....  I literally could walk the countries all day long.  Epcot is the more educational of all the parks and other than the rides, was probably a little over Rose's head culturally (other than Ana and Elsa's house).  My all time favorite ride had actually been completely redone and i dunno how they did it, but it was even BETTER!  SOARIN' is a MUST!!!  This year we soared from country to country all around the world!  I would ride this about 10 times in a row if i could!  

This was also our first day solo - without the Hardin crew!  It was definitely a little more slow and kinda lonely, BUT we managed to enjoy a different pace and spend a little quality time with just Rose.  Just going back through these pictures has me missing it all over again!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST THING WE DID!

We honestly had no intention of doing this until about two weeks before we left.  Ramey called and said she heard about it so we cancelled our dinner reservations and changed our plans.  The crowd was minimal and all of the rides were completely open.  It was a BLAST!!!!  We rode splash mountain about 4 times back to back to back without a wait in the line at all!  It was incredible!!!  Definitely something I want to do again!  The rides have a totally different take at night - its almost like a completely different ride!  Rose actually got to meet ALL OF THE PRINCESS on this night, only waiting about 10 minutes total! Seriously!  Actually, we got to do so much on this one night that we cancelled our second day at Magic Kingdom and moved it to Disney Hollywood Studios (somewhere we had originally not even planned on going to see)!  LOVED this night!!!!

ANIMAL KINGDOM - DISNEY WORLD DAY 3

ANIMAL KINGDOM has always been one of my favorites!  I think its the ambiance and the mood.  You seriously feel like you are in Africa.  The weather was perfect this day and everything went perfectly according to plan.  Looking back at the pictures makes me want to go back tomorrow!  

Breakfast at the Tusker House - worth every single penny!!!!  

LOVED THIS PLACE!!! Definitely one of the trip highlights!
