WOW! What a fun filled 11 day vacation!!!
Rose and I had the BEST time... We left on a Thursday and drove with my family to Branson Missouri for a long weekend of amusement parks and shows. Rose sat through the entire production of Jonah and the Whale ( 2 1/2 hours) and did not budge! She loved it! We spent an entire day at Silver Dollar City riding rides and eating junk food! On Sunday, Rose and I flew from Branson to Pensacola where Phyl and Mark picked us up at the airport. From there we spent an entire week AT THE BEACH! Of all the places I have ever stayed on the beach INDIGO is hands down my favorite! It was so nice and extremely convenient! Its such a bummer how fast vacations fly by. I mean a day on the beach feels like 30 min - one Monday morning back at work feels like 2 weeks... Its the Wednesday after and we are still recovering - the yard was out of control, the plants on the porch were half dead, the house was muggy and hot, the laundry piled a mile high, the mailbox was so full that we had one of those yellow cards from the post office telling us to pick the rest up there, not to mention the exhaustion we all felt. We definitely came back from vacation needing a vacation!

| Can you tell who was REALLY REALLY REALLY into scoring the most points by killing the most villains? I think I get my passion for theme parks from ole' Sammy... I mean I love them. I could go to an amusement park every single day. I never tire of them. never. Neither does he. He rode so many roller coasters he could not stand up and prolly slipped 5 discs in his back! maybe 6.... |
